3 结 论
用饱和度为 40% 的( NH4 ) 2 SO4沉淀和亲和层析的方法,从黑木耳中分离纯化出黑木耳凝集素。黑木耳凝集素不具备热稳定性和 pH 稳定性; D - 阿拉伯糖、L - 岩藻糖及猪胃粘蛋白对凝血活性具有抑制作用,其中猪胃黏蛋白的抑制作用最强。黑木耳凝集素对肺癌( A549) 和人乳腺癌( MCF-7) 细胞均有明显的抑制作用,呈现浓度和时间依赖性。但是黑木耳凝集素的空间结构、糖链组成及其抗肿瘤作用的确切机制还不清楚,需要进行更深入的研究。
